[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]
Krafton India is looking for an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Professional with a proven track record of 3-5 years in implementing and monitoring CSR activities, developing data collection methods, creating relevant documentation for internal and external reporting and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]
- Collaborate with partner NGOs to address challenges and optimize program effectiveness
- Travel frequently across India to monitor CSR activities and provide on-ground assistance as needed
- Create comprehensive records on CSR activities, outcomes and impact, highlighting key achievements and areas of improvement
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders including local communities, NGOs, and local government bodies.
- Design and implement effective data collection mechanism to monitor and evaluate CSR activities ensuring the accuracy, consistency and reliability of collected data
- Analyse project data to assess the effectiveness of CSR activities’ implementation and provide actionable insights
[ REQUIREMENTS ]
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Management, Social Work, Sustainability)
- 3-5 years of proven experience in CSR
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
