Provide first-line HR support via ticketing, onboarding and document management (I-9/E-Verify, background checks, pay card setup), manage unemployment claims, ensure compliance with federal/state laws and confidentiality standards, support interval certifications, and perform special HR projects while delivering exemplary customer service to employees and managers.

Support payroll processing, reconciliation, and compliance (including garnishments and tax notices); manage HR data integrity and reporting; resolve escalated Tier 2/3 HR operations tickets; partner with HR, payroll, benefits, finance and IT; identify trends and recommend process improvements; maintain documentation and confidentiality; support HR systems testing and process enhancements.

Design, implement, support, and improve enterprise wired and wireless LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi network infrastructure across Cisco, Extreme, and HP environments. Lead network architecture, troubleshooting, security policy development, RF/site surveys, network monitoring, vendor management, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA and Massachusetts privacy requirements for campus and multi-location deployments.
