Prepares and reviews federal, state, international, partnership, corporate, individual, and trust tax returns and workpapers. Handles tax projections, estimated payments, filings, notices, technical research, book-to-tax calculations, documentation, and process improvements. Coordinates with finance teams, executives, external advisors, and taxing authorities while supporting tax planning, accounting initiatives, and special projects.

Provides administrative and operational support by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, records, office supplies, confidential information, and special projects. Requires strong communication, organization, discretion, attention to detail, and independent decision-making while supporting organizational priorities and handling protected information in compliance with privacy standards.

Maintains and reconciles investment partnership books, bank accounts, and portfolio activity across multiple entities. Analyzes corporate actions, capital calls, distributions, and valuation adjustments; reviews third-party administrator data; supports investment reporting, audits, tax schedules, and internal controls. The role also improves workflows, documents processes, and contributes to Power BI reporting. It requires strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, confidentiality, analytical judgment, and independent execution.

Supports HR operations through complex payroll processing and reconciliation, wage and hour compliance, garnishment and tax levy administration, HR data integrity, reporting, benefits funding, HR systems support, and escalated service resolution. The role audits records, identifies discrepancies and trends, maintains workforce structures, resolves recurring issues, documents processes, and partners with HR, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders while protecting confidential employee information.

Leads complex employee relations investigations from intake through resolution; advises managers on disciplinary actions, corrective measures, appeals, and dispute resolution. Maintains confidential case documentation, reviews background checks, monitors complaint and discipline trends, supports training, and provides reporting and guidance to HR, Legal, and business leaders. Ensures compliance with company policies, employment laws, privacy standards, and HIPAA requirements.

Lead and evolve enterprise end-user support and endpoint lifecycle governance for Windows and Mac. Own ITSM-driven service delivery, KPIs, SLAs, and user-experience measurement. Drive self-service, automation, vendor/device strategy, shift-left support, and event/on-call coverage. Partner with IT, cybersecurity, and business leaders to prioritize improvements, enforce standards/policies, and lead service transformation initiatives.

Design, implement, support, and improve enterprise wired and wireless LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi network infrastructure across Cisco, Extreme, and HP environments. Lead network architecture, troubleshooting, security policy development, RF/site surveys, network monitoring, vendor management, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA and Massachusetts privacy requirements for campus and multi-location deployments.
