Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; analyze project, client, and business-unit profitability; monitor performance; develop KPIs, reports, and executive presentations; and support financial processes and SAP implementation. The role requires strong analytical skills, senior stakeholder experience, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience in project-based or complex operational environments.

Perform AML monitoring, data analysis, investigations, and suspicious activity reviews. Prepare reports and recommendations, monitor deficiencies, maintain AML policies and procedures, guide employees, support regulatory implementation and training, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead FP&A activities for project-based business: analyze project and client profitability, monitor budget vs. actual, manage WIP and revenue recognition, build forecasts and management reports, develop KPIs, partner with senior stakeholders, and support financial systems including SAP implementation.
