Processes client invoices, interprets contract billing requirements, sets up projects, enters subcontractor invoices, prepares cost reports in BST 10 Global, manages project receivables, and coordinates with project managers on reporting and approvals.

Coordinates business and project operations for a civil engineering office, supporting budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, reporting, administration, facilities, vendors, marketing, proposals, recruiting, project documentation, meetings, and office growth initiatives. The role serves as an operational hub for leadership and collaborates across accounting, HR, marketing, project management, and engineering teams. It is an in-person position with potential progression into managing a local business operations team.

Supports multiple project managers through contract administration, project controls, budgeting, invoicing, scheduling, workload forecasting, and client or subconsultant coordination. Prepares fee estimates, scopes of work, agreements, invoices, progress reports, and financial tracking spreadsheets. The role also provides broader planning-team operational support while ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
