Provide project and operations support to Civil/Structural and Transportation groups: manage invoicing, contracts, budgets, AP/AR, subconsultant coordination, scheduling, meeting coordination, document control, QA/QC, construction submittal/RFI support, and accounting coordination. Support project managers, prepare reports, and maintain project financial tracking and records.

Lead and supervise SUE field crews to locate, designate, and map underground utilities using GPR, electromagnetic locators, GPS/Total Station. Interpret records and GIS, ensure ASCE 38-22 compliance, perform QA/QC, manage crew safety and scheduling, train junior staff, and coordinate findings with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
