Oversees the facility’s food safety and quality systems, ensuring regulatory, SQF, customer, and internal compliance. Leads audits, documentation, corrective and preventive actions, investigations, continuous improvement, and audit readiness. Serves as the primary regulatory and audit contact while supervising QC technicians and housekeeping staff. Requires food safety expertise, HACCP and/or SQF certification, and supervisory experience in food manufacturing.

Supports food safety and quality compliance across facilities by managing documentation, internal audits, supplier approvals, regulatory inspections, corrective actions, training, HACCP/FSP re-analysis, instrument calibration, analytical testing, GMP audits, and environmental monitoring. The role maintains audit readiness and ensures food safety programs meet regulatory and certification requirements.
