What We Do
Kowalski Companies, Inc. is a family-owned Michigan food company rooted in Polish-American culinary traditions. It manufactures and distributes meat products, prepared foods, pierogi, twice-baked potatoes, salad dressings, and sauces. The business began with a Hamtramck smokehouse producing Polish kielbasa and has expanded through wholesale distribution and affiliated food companies while maintaining family recipes and a focus on quality standards.
