Lead product design for Kota Embed, owning design quality in a fast-moving environment. Design complex, data-constrained interfaces, build reusable design-system patterns, run rapid research and prototyping, collaborate across stakeholders and engineering, and produce working prototypes as spec to close the gap between design and implementation.

Work directly with customers to integrate Kota's SDKs and APIs, write production-quality code, build internal tools, debug cross-system issues, and influence product roadmap. Source and generate leads, run discovery sessions, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM pipeline, hit monthly/quarterly targets, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies.

Own technical triage and resolution for partner/customer issues: reproduce bugs, query databases with SQL, read logs, debug APIs, implement safe fixes or escalate to engineering, maintain runbooks, and drive product-quality feedback loops.

The Senior Mobile Engineer will design and maintain mobile applications using React Native, ensure cross-platform consistency, and mentor team members on best practices.

As a Senior Product Engineer (Backend), you'll design and develop APIs and SDKs for embedded insurance and retirement benefits, focusing on system architecture, incident response, and enhancing developer experiences.

Manage post-launch success for embedded insurance partners: drive expansion across countries and products, own strategic client relationships, run QBRs, surface product feedback, resolve escalations, and track account performance to grow revenue and satisfaction.

Build and own the growth engine for Kota Embed: position and package the product inside partners' platforms, optimise discovery-to-signup funnels, run experiments, build lifecycle and re‑engagement campaigns, create partner enablement and launch playbooks, and deliver scalable self-serve and supported conversion flows.

Monitor and maintain integrations with insurers and financial providers, troubleshoot issues, support onboarding of new carriers, keep documentation current, and coordinate with Benefits, Compliance, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to improve integration reliability and processes.

Build and maintain Kota’s employer and employee-facing UIs using modern frontend frameworks. Shape frontend architecture, create reusable components, ensure performance, accessibility, and observability, participate in planning and reviews, and own features through production.

The Account Manager will drive customer retention and growth for SMB and mid-market clients, managing accounts and improving product value. Responsibilities include account health oversight, upselling, and acting as a partner in benefits operations.
