Own technical triage and resolution for partner/customer issues: reproduce bugs, query databases with SQL, read logs, debug APIs, implement safe fixes or escalate to engineering, maintain runbooks, and drive product-quality feedback loops.

Build and own backend systems for pensions, retirement savings, and the Spend product (card issuing, wallet provisioning). Design integrations with pension providers, payment/card infrastructure (Stripe) and payroll. Implement event-driven, auditable data models, contribute to React/TypeScript frontend as needed, join client calls, shape the roadmap, and ensure reliability, security, and observability while using AI.

The Senior Mobile Engineer will design and maintain mobile applications using React Native, ensure cross-platform consistency, and mentor team members on best practices.
