Develops and leads high-voltage automotive connector designs from concept through production. Responsibilities include CAD development, design validation, tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA, DFM/DFA compliance, engineering changes, product testing, root-cause analysis, and customer support. The role requires collaboration with test laboratories, internal teams, external customers, and customer facilities while ensuring robust, cost-effective designs meet timing and quality requirements.

Facilitates operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Leads Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects; trains, mentors, and coaches teams; identifies process inefficiencies; standardizes best practices; coordinates cross-functional improvement activities; tracks project progress and KPIs; supports change management; and promotes health, safety, environmental, and sustainability objectives.

Manage accounts receivable for U.S. and Mexico automotive customers, including collections, cash application, reconciliations, dispute resolution, aging analysis, and month-end close support. The role coordinates with finance, sales, logistics, customer service, treasury, and manufacturing teams; supports audits and internal controls; and improves AR processes. Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with SAP, advanced Excel, Mexican tax regulation knowledge, and automotive OEM customer experience.
