Lead and develop the dealership sales team to meet sales, CRM, service quality, and certification goals. Participate in sales, desking, and appraisals; assist GM with inventory, pricing, used vehicle lists, and turnover management. Ensure staff training, factory certifications, professional appearance, and compliant driving records.

Manage vehicle financing, leasing, extended service contracts, and insurance products. Build lender relationships, obtain financing approvals, maintain records, and meet product penetration and per-vehicle gross targets.

Greet dealership customers, identify needs, explain vehicle features and options, offer test drives, meet sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and follow dealership procedures to close vehicle sales while providing excellent customer service.

Assist dealership customers, answer questions, recommend and sell pre-owned vehicles to meet sales goals, explain vehicle features/options, offer test drives following procedure, and analyze performance to improve sales and time management.
