Greet dealership customers, identify needs, explain vehicle features and options, offer test drives, meet sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and follow dealership procedures to close vehicle sales while providing excellent customer service.

Manage vehicle financing, leasing, extended service contracts, and insurance products. Build lender relationships, obtain financing approvals, maintain records, and meet product penetration and per-vehicle gross targets.

Lead and develop the pre-owned vehicle sales team to exceed sales, service quality, and CRM goals. Recruit and train staff, participate in sales and desking, perform appraisals, assist with inventory management, pricing, and aging unit control, and maintain required factory certifications and dealership processes.
