Provides front-desk and administrative support for a senior living community. Greets residents, families, guests, and vendors; manages calls, communications, mail, supplies, office equipment, security monitoring, and emergency call responses. Supports marketing efforts and resident activities while maintaining a resident-centered service approach. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office, and multitasking skills, along with flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, standby, and on-call scheduling.

Senior leadership role overseeing all clinical operations in an assisted living or memory care community. Responsible for resident care plans, regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA), staff hiring and mentoring, policy development, quality and safety monitoring, budget management, interdepartmental collaboration, family communication, and resident advocacy to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Provide front-desk administrative support for an RCAC/CBRF community: greet and direct residents and visitors, answer phones, monitor security and emergency call systems, manage office equipment, supplies, mail, assist marketing and activity programs, and participate in required trainings. Schedule includes holidays, nights, weekends, standby or on-call as needed.

Provide customer service by taking orders, serving and delivering meals, cleaning and setting tables, keeping kitchen supplies clean, and assisting the restaurant team to ensure timely, accurate meal service and customer satisfaction.

Provide food service for customers: take and write orders, serve meals and beverages, clean and set tables, maintain kitchen supplies, prepare to-go orders and deliver meals, and ensure customer satisfaction, especially for senior citizens.

Assist the Lifestyle Manager in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs for senior residents; coordinate volunteers, support marketing/tours, ensure staff training on care plans, participate in activities and ADL assistance, report operational concerns, and pursue continuing education.

Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate resident activity programs aligned with care plans and regulations; support marketing, volunteer coordination, training, reporting, transport residents to outings, and assist with ADLs as needed.

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and compliance. Lead month/year-end close, audits, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, Medicaid billing systems, and provide financial guidance to executive and operational leaders while supervising onsite finance staff.
