Provide direct and indirect nursing care to residents, supervise Resident Assistants, perform assessments, administer medications, complete documentation, participate in QA, train staff, and ensure compliance with policies and resident rights.

Serve and deliver meals, take orders, clean and set tables, maintain kitchen supplies and cleanliness, handle to-go orders and meal deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction, particularly for senior customers.

Plans, develops, implements and evaluates activity programs for senior residents according to care plans and regulations. Coordinates projects within budget and schedule, supports community marketing and tours, recruits and trains volunteers and activity staff, leads and attends activities across shifts, assists residents with ADLs when needed, reports operational concerns to the Lifestyle Manager, and pursues continuing education.
