Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and compliance. Lead month/year-end close, audits, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, Medicaid billing systems, and provide financial guidance to executive and operational leaders while supervising onsite finance staff.

Provide food service for customers: take and write orders, serve meals and beverages, clean and set tables, maintain kitchen supplies, prepare to-go orders and deliver meals, and ensure customer satisfaction, especially for senior citizens.

Lead clinical oversight for Assisted Living and Memory Care: conduct admissions and ongoing medical assessments, manage medications and care plans, coordinate with physicians/pharmacies, supervise and train care staff, ensure DHS 83/89 regulatory compliance, direct quality improvement, handle re-admissions and on-call duties.
