Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office, and multitasking skills, along with flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, standby, and on-call scheduling.

Senior leadership role overseeing all clinical operations in an assisted living or memory care community. Responsible for resident care plans, regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA), staff hiring and mentoring, policy development, quality and safety monitoring, budget management, interdepartmental collaboration, family communication, and resident advocacy to ensure high-quality, compliant care.
