Supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, HRIS maintenance, compliance, reporting, performance management, training, engagement, and internal HR communications. Partners with managers, employees, vendors, payroll, and the Director of Human Resources while handling confidential information and improving HR processes and employee experience.

Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for a key area of KorTerra’s 811 damage prevention platform. Conduct customer discovery with locators, utilities, and damage prevention teams; translate insights into requirements and roadmap priorities; partner with Engineering on delivery; track adoption, retention, efficiency, and churn metrics; and support launches, positioning, and stakeholder alignment. Regularly use AI tools for research synthesis, specification drafting, prototyping, and analysis.

Build and maintain C#/.NET back-end services, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems for a cloud-based SaaS platform. Work with Azure, SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Use AI coding tools and spec-driven development while validating code quality, security, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate in an Agile team, write tests and technical specifications, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable C#/.NET backend services, APIs, and event-driven microservices on Azure. Manage SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud infrastructure, containers, messaging, CI/CD, monitoring, and security. Lead spec-driven and AI-assisted development using Claude Code, establish engineering guardrails, mentor team members, conduct code reviews, influence technical direction, and support production reliability.

Drive full-cycle sales across a multi-state territory, from prospecting and discovery through closing and account expansion. Build strategic account pipelines, deliver consultative presentations and product demonstrations, engage stakeholders from operations to executive leadership, and connect KorTerra’s solutions to measurable business outcomes. Maintain client relationships, represent the company at industry events, share market insights internally, and continuously develop sales expertise.
