Lead Process Engineer designs and specifies new and modified chemical plant processes, performs mass/energy balances, equipment specs, pilot testing, start-up supervision, safety studies (PHA/HAZOP), and maintains quality/TSCA compliance and supplier relationships.

Manage general ledger and financial reporting, perform month/quarter/year-end closings, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses; support audits, tax filings, intercompany consolidation, fixed assets, and ad hoc financial projects. Work closely with Treasury and AP, post entries in Oracle, and maintain SOX controls.

Handle inbound customer account inquiries in a call-center environment: resolve billing and service questions, document interactions, follow up with other departments, and identify opportunities to offer additional services while delivering friendly, accurate customer care.
