Manage global ERP environment and team to ensure availability, performance, security, and continual improvement. Oversee releases, patches, upgrades, backups, audits, budgeting, and technical direction for enterprise applications across affiliates.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable, client billings, collections, revenue recognition, AR reconciliations, aging and collections, audit AR reports and bank statements, correct billings, post payments, and help design SOX-compliant processes and controls.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pools for RPO/Project clients. Partner with business stakeholders to identify channels, optimize sourcing, track metrics, manage candidate relationships, and support recruiter teams. Provide stakeholder coaching, craft candidate communications, leverage media channels, and use systems to track candidate workflow and sourcing performance.
