The intern also assists with audit documentation, process improvement, presentations, and project-based analysis for Customer Service and Engineering while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Supports strategic sourcing, indirect material category management, supply chain and logistics initiatives, purchase order entry, equipment leasing, capital project budget quotes, invoice transactions, national account purchasing, document storage, data entry, and product safety initiatives. Collaborates with purchasing and engineering teams while researching suppliers, organizing information, and prioritizing multiple tasks.

Supports month-end and quarter-end close, account reconciliations, fixed asset and capital expenditure accounting, lease administration, audits, financial reporting, SEC filing support, and process improvement. Prepares analyses and reports using Excel and ERP systems while collaborating with accounting teams. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate accounting and finance processes.

Supports internal and external corporate communications through writing, editing, proofreading, blog and intranet updates, digital communications board content, social media engagement, and digital media library management. The role is remote and part-time at 5–10 hours per week, with potential consideration for an expanded summer internship in Pittsburgh.

Assists the Tax Department with preparing federal, state income, property, and sales and use tax returns. Responsibilities include completing tax forms in compliance software, preparing supporting calculations, calculating book-to-tax adjustments, responding to tax authority notices, and gathering state apportionment data. The intern collaborates with Finance and other departments to collect information and support tax calculations.

Maintains dashboards, portfolio artifacts, risk and dependency views, demand and capacity data, and governance documentation. Coordinates initiative owners and stakeholders, identifies trends and variances, escalates risks, and reinforces PMO tools, templates, cadences, and processes to support informed decision-making and resource planning.

Administers, supports, optimizes, and enhances Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, OTM, and related enterprise applications. Troubleshoots complex issues, manages incidents and enhancements, supports integrations, testing, security, SOX controls, audits, and quarterly updates. Partners with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Oracle Support, and service providers to translate business requirements into system solutions. Provides documentation, end-user training, data validation, and subject-matter expertise for process improvement and system adoption.

The Administrative Support Assistant is responsible for office support tasks including data entry, facilities oversight, handling inquiries, and maintaining office supplies and documentation.

Lead requirements gathering, design and implement enterprise business application solutions. Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to standardize processes, configure applications, support testing (SIT/UAT), resolve defects, perform data analysis and reconciliations, and drive change management including training and documentation.

Drive annual and multi-year strategy processes, identify growth and acquisition targets, build financial models, lead due diligence, and support M&A integration while coaching business leaders and monitoring plan execution.
