Supports customer billing and invoicing by processing, validating, and submitting invoices; resolving billing inquiries with sales, operations, and finance; learning financial systems and order-to-cash processes; and contributing to process improvements. The intern must be pursuing an accounting, finance, or business degree, work part-time through 2026, and demonstrate organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Performs high-volume data entry, maintains records, coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, obtains freight quotes, processes shipping documentation, supports accounts payable and payroll tasks, and ensures financial data accuracy. Conducts site orientations, troubleshoots shipping issues, communicates with vendors and carriers, and provides general office and operational support.

Prepare and finish utility poles according to quality and customer specifications. Operate drills, chainsaws, planers, and other equipment; safely handle materials; brand poles; perform minor equipment maintenance; load kiln layers; and complete manual production tasks while following safety requirements. Work is outdoors in varying weather and may require overtime, physical labor, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Supports IT PMO portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, reporting, benefits tracking, and value realization. Maintains dashboards, portfolio artifacts, risk and dependency views, demand and capacity data, and governance documentation. Coordinates initiative owners and stakeholders, identifies trends and variances, escalates risks, and reinforces PMO tools, templates, cadences, and processes to support informed decision-making and resource planning.

Leads safety, health, environmental, and regulatory compliance across North American manufacturing facilities. Provides inside sales and administrative support by processing customer purchase orders, coordinating fulfillment with plants, procurement, reload yards, and logistics, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation and inventory reconciliations. Supports customer restoration efforts during emergencies, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays, and may visit plants for inventory and training. Delivers proactive customer service while managing multiple tasks and following SOX and credit and finance procedures.

Delivers proactive customer service and supports storm-related restoration orders, occasionally working nights, weekends, or holidays. Administers, supports, optimizes, and enhances Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, OTM, and related enterprise applications. Troubleshoots complex issues, manages incidents and enhancements, supports integrations, testing, security, SOX controls, audits, and quarterly updates. Perform IT audits of global ITGCs and ITACs, test user access/SoD, conduct 3–10 field audits annually, assess cybersecurity and data integrity risks, prepare workpapers, coordinate SOX activities, recommend remediations, and support ERP implementations and audit automation efforts.

Manage key customer relationships with Class I railroads, oversee account management, sales growth, KPI tracking, billing, purchase order and railcar management, coordinate production planning with internal teams, and perform site/track inspections and supplier reviews to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
