Provides corporate legal counsel on commercial contracts, strategic transactions, public company compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property, regulatory matters, risk management, policies, and outside counsel relationships. Advises business units and management while supporting SEC filings, NYSE compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and legal operations.

Coordinates carrier dispatch, driver scheduling, routing, back-hauls, freight movement, and transportation problem resolution. Ensures cost-effective, compliant, and on-time deliveries while maintaining carrier records and training users and vendors on transportation systems. Develops shipment proposals, analyzes carrier responses, and manages dispatch decisions. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, computer, and transportation logistics skills.

Performs high-volume data entry, maintains records, coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, obtains freight quotes, processes shipping documentation, supports accounts payable and payroll tasks, and ensures financial data accuracy. Conducts site orientations, troubleshoots shipping issues, communicates with vendors and carriers, and provides general office and operational support.
