Serve as liaison between Finance, Operations, IT and vendors to gather requirements, design and configure Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM/OTM/OM solutions, support implementations and production, run testing (SIT/UAT), manage patches, resolve Tier 1/2 issues, maintain documentation, and support change management and reporting.
