Leads safety, health, environmental, and regulatory compliance across North American manufacturing facilities. Implements Zero Harm programs, manages audits, permits, incident investigations, training, corrective actions, industrial hygiene, emergency preparedness, waste management, and sustainability initiatives. Partners with facility leadership, legal counsel, and corporate teams to maintain OSHA and EPA compliance, improve safety performance, and standardize practices across sites. Requires 30–40% travel for site engagement and quarterly visits.

Provides inside sales and administrative support by processing customer purchase orders, coordinating fulfillment with plants, procurement, reload yards, and logistics, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation and inventory reconciliations. Supports customer restoration efforts during emergencies, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays, and may visit plants for inventory and training. Delivers proactive customer service while managing multiple tasks and following SOX and credit and finance procedures.

Delivers proactive customer service and supports storm-related restoration orders, occasionally working nights, weekends, or holidays.
