Lead daily shop-floor manufacturing operations across welding, tube laser/bending, fabrication, prep, shipping/receiving, and maintenance. Drive on-time production, quality improvement, safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while coaching department leaders and collaborating with engineering, sales, and purchasing.

Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to production problems related to materials, processes, and tooling. Review equipment and tooling, recommend repairs or replacements, assist with new process and equipment implementation, train operators, prepare operations manuals, and apply new manufacturing technologies.

Program, set up, and optimize CNC operations for 3-axis VMCs and live-tooling lathes using Fusion 360. Read blueprints, prove out and refine programs, perform QA and basic maintenance, manage tooling, troubleshoot machines, and train operators in a high-volume automotive aftermarket facility.
