Oversee fieldwork management for quantitative and qualitative market research projects, managing vendors, sample delivery, budgets, and quality control. Coordinate cross-functionally with Client Services and stakeholders, proactively resolve risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while leveraging AI-enabled tools and maintaining high standards for client and panelist experience.

Manage end-to-end patient-focused research studies, ensuring timelines, quality, and client communication. Track milestones, risks, and quotas across concurrent projects, maintain documentation, support process improvement, and collaborate with global teams during 9am–5pm ET.
