Own full-cycle, non-technology recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance for Konovo’s Bengaluru innovation hub. Partner with hiring leaders, build talent pipelines, improve candidate experience, configure Greenhouse workflows, introduce structured interviewing, and use AI and automation to increase recruiting efficiency. Develop scalable hiring playbooks, strengthen global recruiting consistency, and provide data-backed talent insights while managing multiple concurrent searches independently.

Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple open roles, communicate with candidates and hiring teams, maintain accurate Greenhouse records, triage recruiting pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and support onsite candidate experiences. The intern will work closely with technical recruiting and talent leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Process market research data and oversee project deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client specifications. Collaborate with Client Services and Programming teams to understand requirements, use tabulation and proprietary tools, identify and resolve issues, and communicate effectively with clients and global colleagues. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and fluent English in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
