Develops KPI and Power BI reporting, supports audits, and influences operational stakeholders to improve commercial and financial results.

Plans, coordinates, and delivers overhead crane and hoist installation, modernization, and service projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, supplier and contractor coordination, technical support, commissioning, customer communication, site visits, risk assessments, safety compliance, documentation, billing coordination, and continuous process improvement. The role supports regulatory submissions, design approvals, load testing, and adherence to ISO, EHS, and company quality standards.
