The Director of Channels will lead cloud hyperscaler partnerships to accelerate FedRAMP adoption, drive partner-influenced revenue, and shape channel strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Support maintenance, monitoring, and security auditing of FedRAMP-authorized multi-cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Tasks include Zero Trust and Vault operations, running predefined IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), triaging vulnerability alerts, maintaining observability dashboards, assisting compliance evidence collection, and participating in shadow on-call duties under senior mentorship.

Serve as primary technical and operational contact for FedRAMP customers post-go-live. Drive operational best practices, manage escalations and incidents, coordinate cross-functional teams, run executive reviews, identify risks, and advocate for customer needs while ensuring compliance and platform scalability.
