Design, build, and maintain secure integrations with EMR/EHR platforms, including API-based and legacy systems. Develop healthcare data pipelines, validation and transformation layers, and reliable event-driven workflows. Monitor integration health, troubleshoot production issues, and improve observability. Partner with engineering, product, ML, and business teams to improve platform performance, security, developer productivity, and operational resilience.

Build and lead a scalable technical customer support program for healthcare SaaS deployments across commercial and VA environments. Responsibilities include implementing ticketing, knowledge base, SLA, analytics, and quality systems; managing and coaching support specialists; overseeing technical troubleshooting and engineering escalations; coordinating outage response; analyzing support trends; and partnering with implementation, clinical, engineering, and leadership teams.

Provide clinical-facing implementation and training for VA deployments of an ambient AI documentation platform: deliver virtual and one-on-one training, build clinical champions, assess and optimize workflows, support go-lives and adoption interventions, monitor clinical quality, collect implementation data, and translate frontline feedback to product and engineering teams.
