Own the Knowtex healthcare application's roadmap, releases, product metrics, analytics, and cross-functional delivery. Write technical specifications, scope APIs, review QA, and use SQL and analytics tools to guide decisions. Prototype workflows with AI coding and design tools, gather clinician feedback through research and site visits, and support launches with release notes, positioning, and enablement materials. Partner closely with engineering, customer delivery, implementation, leadership, and founders in a fast-moving startup environment.

Implement and scale an ambient AI clinical documentation platform across federal and commercial healthcare sites. Responsibilities include clinician onboarding, training, coaching, curriculum development, clinical champion programs, workflow assessments, service recovery, adoption analysis, root-cause investigation of AI documentation issues, prompt recommendations, patient-safety escalation, and collaboration with Product and Engineering. The role requires an active clinical license, substantial patient-care experience, healthcare IT education experience, clinical informatics knowledge, and comfort with AI/NLP-driven documentation workflows.

Design, build, and maintain secure integrations with EMR/EHR platforms, including API-based and legacy systems. Develop healthcare data pipelines, validation and transformation layers, and reliable event-driven workflows. Monitor integration health, troubleshoot production issues, and improve observability. Collaborate with product, clinical, and AI teams to translate workflows into technical designs while contributing to long-term integration architecture.
