Design, build, and maintain secure integrations with EMR/EHR platforms, including API-based and legacy systems. Develop healthcare data pipelines, validation and transformation layers, and reliable event-driven workflows. Monitor integration health, troubleshoot production issues, and improve observability. Collaborate with product, clinical, and AI teams to translate workflows into technical designs while contributing to long-term integration architecture.

Lead and develop the Platform engineering team while remaining hands-on with backend systems, cloud infrastructure, distributed architectures, reliability, observability, and production operations. Set technical direction, manage execution, review designs and code, resolve complex issues, and build scalable infrastructure for AI inference, data processing, and clinical workloads. Partner with engineering, product, ML, and business teams to improve platform performance, security, developer productivity, and operational resilience.

Build and lead a scalable technical customer support program for healthcare SaaS deployments across commercial and VA environments. Responsibilities include implementing ticketing, knowledge base, SLA, analytics, and quality systems; managing and coaching support specialists; overseeing technical troubleshooting and engineering escalations; coordinating outage response; analyzing support trends; and partnering with implementation, clinical, engineering, and leadership teams.
