Provides first-tier client and technical support through phone, email, and Zendesk. Responsibilities include routing inquiries, managing and documenting tickets, troubleshooting iOS and application updates, following up on resolutions, conducting outreach calls, maintaining spreadsheets, and escalating issues during evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Designs, maintains, and expands automated test suites across web, mobile, and API platforms. Owns regression, integration, smoke, performance, exploratory, and manual testing; integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines; identifies and tracks defects; partners with developers and product managers on requirements and testability; documents QA processes, contributes to testing standards, and reports quality metrics.

Build and maintain automated test frameworks and suites across web, mobile, and API layers. Write reusable test code, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, perform manual and exploratory testing, manage defects, support performance and regression testing, and improve QA standards. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify testability gaps and deliver reliable, high-quality election technology.

Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support software using .NET and .NET Core MVC. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, software architecture, full-stack development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, Azure cloud application development, and technical support. The role collaborates with internal teams, follows Agile and DevOps practices, communicates with stakeholders, and mentors junior .NET developers.

Lead the company’s accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close, GAAP financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax filings. Partner with the CFO and executive team on strategic financial decisions, banking, vendor relationships, controls, and growth planning. Supervise accounting staff and support finance systems implementations.

Owns multiple software projects from kickoff through delivery, managing timelines, roadmaps, scope, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Partners with engineering, QA, product, leadership, and executives to align work with company priorities. Leads Agile ceremonies and translates technical information for nontechnical stakeholders. The role is hybrid in St. Louis and supports demanding election-cycle deadlines.
