Serve as strategic HR partner to the Energy Division, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring compliance, leading HR Generalists, and driving talent management, succession planning, and development. Use HR data to inform decisions and support organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.

Manage onsite electrical construction projects from schedule and budget control to customer communication, safety compliance, and project closeout. Lead field and office teams, oversee forecasting and change orders, maintain regular job site presence, and ensure quality and safety across heavy commercial, data center, and industrial projects.

Assist with installation and testing of solar electrical systems including pulling and terminating PV string, DC and AC feeders, module connections, racking installation, and electrical testing. Interpret drawings, complete documentation using company software, attend safety meetings, and communicate with supervisors. Requires apprenticeship enrollment and readiness for extensive travel and physical work.

Provide safety, risk, and compliance support across office and field sites: conduct audits, assist incident investigations, maintain training and compliance records, support program and policy updates, and reinforce safety culture while supporting field operations and readiness.

Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, payroll and hiring coordination, compliance, performance management, HRIS administration, and HR reporting. Serve as HR business partner to divisions, advise managers, coordinate training, and ensure accurate, confidential HR data.

Assist with installation, service, and maintenance of industrial, residential, and commercial electrical systems under supervision. Maintain 2nd-year unlicensed electrician registration, learn electrical codes, read schematics, bend conduit, use hand and power tools safely, track experience and education, travel to regional job sites, and follow KE safety procedures.

Manage day-to-day operations of tools, equipment, fleet, and consumable inventory. Ensure asset readiness, tracking, maintenance, billing in Viewpoint Spectrum, vendor coordination, and fleet transition. Lead the Assets team, perform cycle counts/audits, produce utilization and operational reports, and partner with field operations, procurement, safety, and finance to minimize downtime and ensure cost recovery.

Coordinate onsite field logistics for energy construction projects: receive and inspect deliveries, track materials and tools, stage materials, maintain inventory and documentation (timecards, daily logs, photos via Procore), perform onsite quality control, support crews with tools and general tasks, and uphold safety and site organization to keep projects on schedule and within cost.

Perform detailed power system studies (arc flash, short circuit, coordination, load flow, grounding, power quality, voltage drop), support solar feasibility, lead commissioning and field testing, and provide technical recommendations to ensure safe, reliable electrical system performance.

Assist install and test photovoltaic electrical systems: pull and terminate PV/DC/AC wiring, connect modules and combiners, support inverter/transformer/switchgear terminations, perform insulation and voltage tests, interpret drawings, use hand/power tools, complete reports, attend safety meetings, and follow supervisor guidance.

Support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset management, and financial statement preparation. Provide financial analysis, KPI tracking, budgeting/forecasting support, ad hoc reporting, and contributions to strategic projects to improve financial visibility and decision-making.
