Assist electric division with installation, maintenance, and service of industrial, commercial, and residential electrical systems under supervision. Learn electrical codes, read schematics, use hand and power tools, bend conduit, work at heights, track apprenticeship hours, follow safety procedures, and travel extensively to project sites.

Manage onsite construction projects by owning schedule, budget, safety, and customer satisfaction. Lead and develop project teams, track milestones, mitigate risks, handle change orders, maintain jobsite presence, run project meetings, oversee financial forecasting/reporting, and ensure timely project closeout and compliance.

Design and document industrial electrical systems, verify vendor quotes, produce submittals, size conduit/cable, develop conduit/cable and MCC schedules, review MCC/switchgear BOMs, support design reviews, and coordinate handoff from estimating to operations.

Support design phase as bridge between Estimation and Operations: perform conceptual electrical design, size conduits/cables, verify vendor quotes and BOMs for MCCs, switchgear, panels, transformers, prepare submittals, and assist in client design reviews. Occasional site travel as needed.

Assist installation teams on renewable energy projects by pulling and labeling PV string, DC, and AC wiring; completing module connections and terminations at inverters, combiners, and switchgear; performing basic electrical testing; reading construction drawings; installing racking and modules; participating in safety and planning meetings; using company reporting software; and communicating with supervisors while learning on the job.

Coordinate onsite field logistics, receive and track deliveries, manage material and tool inventories, support crew timecards and job cost coding, document daily logs and photos (Procore), ensure site quality control and organization, and assist crews with general support tasks.

Assist with installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems: pulling and labeling DC/AC wiring, terminations at combiners and inverters, racking and module placement, electrical testing, reading construction drawings, following safety protocols, documenting work, and learning from supervisors.

Serve as strategic HR partner for the Energy Division: align HR initiatives with business goals, ensure compliance, lead and mentor HR Generalists, support talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and use HR data to inform decisions. Provide escalation support for complex employee relations and drive development programs to improve retention and leadership readiness.

Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, payroll and HRIS administration, talent acquisition coordination, compliance with employment laws, and performance management. Act as HR business partner to divisions, coordinate training and reviews, and maintain accurate HR records to support organizational effectiveness.

Perform month-end close tasks, maintain fixed asset ledger, prepare financial statements and reports, and provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc dashboards to support leadership decision-making.

Own day-to-day operations of tools, equipment, fleet, and consumables: receiving, tagging, storage, maintenance, billing, tracking, and vendor coordination. Ensure asset availability, readiness, accurate billing in Viewpoint Spectrum, inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and fleet uptime. Lead the Assets team, partner with field operations, facilities, procurement, safety, and finance to reduce downtime, control costs, enforce standards, and produce operational reports on utilization, repairs, shrink, and billing performance.

Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to executive leadership: manage calendars and travel, organize meetings and events, prepare presentations and correspondence, track action items and expenses, handle confidential information, and support strategic cross-functional initiatives to keep leadership priorities on track.

Lead preconstruction and procurement for renewable energy projects, coordinating cross-functionally to manage bid packages, long-lead planning, subcontractor onboarding, contracts, risk mitigation, and handoff to construction while ensuring compliance, cost control, and client engagement.

Perform detailed power system studies (arc flash, short circuit, coordination, load flow, grounding, power quality, voltage drop), support solar feasibility, lead commissioning and field testing, and provide technical recommendations to ensure safe, reliable electrical system performance.

Assist install and test photovoltaic electrical systems: pull and terminate PV/DC/AC wiring, connect modules and combiners, support inverter/transformer/switchgear terminations, perform insulation and voltage tests, interpret drawings, use hand/power tools, complete reports, attend safety meetings, and follow supervisor guidance.
