Develops and maintains instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, assessment, job aid, and reference content. Collaborates with subject matter experts and operational stakeholders to translate technical knowledge into engaging learning materials. Ensures content quality, branding, instructional design standards, version control, and continuous improvement while supporting organizational training initiatives.

Develops technically accurate automation proposals and estimates from RFQ through submission. Reviews control, electrical, instrumentation, networking, and process documentation; identifies scope gaps and risks; coordinates with customers, vendors, engineering, procurement, and operations; estimates labor, materials, software, commissioning, and project costs; supports site investigations and project handoffs; and improves estimating standards, tools, and historical cost data.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for the Energy Division, partnering with leaders to define hiring needs, source candidates, build talent pipelines, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Responsibilities include recruiting metrics analysis, employer-brand promotion, career events throughout Illinois, stakeholder relationship management, and proactive sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
