Lead and manage multiple utility-scale solar projects from planning through close-out. Oversee scheduling, budgets, materials, safety compliance, client communication, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and coordination with engineering, construction managers, subcontractors, and estimating to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Assist with installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems: pulling and labeling DC/AC wiring, terminations at combiners and inverters, racking and module placement, electrical testing, reading construction drawings, following safety protocols, documenting work, and learning from supervisors.

Assist installation teams on renewable energy projects by pulling and labeling PV string, DC, and AC wiring; completing module connections and terminations at inverters, combiners, and switchgear; performing basic electrical testing; reading construction drawings; installing racking and modules; participating in safety and planning meetings; using company reporting software; and communicating with supervisors while learning on the job.
