Designs, analyzes, and optimizes electrical systems for solar and battery energy storage projects. Responsibilities include creating layouts, stringing plans, voltage-drop calculations, specifications, drawings, and reports; supporting construction through site visits and technical reviews; ensuring NEC, NESC, and industry compliance; reviewing vendor submittals; assisting with permitting and interconnection; and coordinating with project stakeholders. Occasional travel to project sites is required.

Designs, analyzes, and optimizes electrical systems for solar and battery energy storage projects. Responsibilities include creating layouts, stringing plans, voltage-drop calculations, specifications, drawings, and reports; supporting construction through site visits and technical reviews; ensuring NEC and NESC compliance; reviewing vendor submittals; coordinating with project managers, customers, regulators, and procurement; assisting with permitting and interconnection; and traveling to project sites as needed.

Lead multiple utility-scale solar projects from handoff through closeout, managing scope, contracts, schedules, budgets, safety, materials, subcontractors, customer communication, change orders, financial forecasting, site progress, and final deliverables. Coordinate with engineering, estimating, pre-construction, construction, and field teams to meet project milestones and financial objectives. The role is based in Goodhue five days per week and includes 20% travel to project sites.
