Regularly engages customers and prospects throughout the assigned territory while representing the company professionally.

Program, commission, troubleshoot, and support security and building automation systems. Provide customer training and technical support, update project documentation, troubleshoot Windows systems and IP networks, administer SQL and storage systems, and assist with network design. Mentor installation and service technicians while coordinating with project managers, customers, contractors, and consultants. The role combines desk-based programming with hands-on customer site work and includes regular travel.

Manages and grows a portfolio of commercial accounts through relationship building, prospecting, needs discovery, proposals, quotes, RFP responses, and opportunity follow-up. Maintains accurate CRM data, supports forecasting, and partners with solution architects, sales operations, account executives, and technical teams. The role includes regular customer-site travel, ongoing sales and technology training, and development toward an Account Executive position.

Supports project managers by organizing warehouse inventory, receiving and shipping materials, staging supplies for field teams, processing project paperwork, purchasing materials, tracking orders, coordinating with vendors, resolving discrepancies, and handing projects off to foremen. The role combines warehouse operations with project support and offers a path toward project management.
