Drives new business acquisition and territory growth through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and account development. Builds qualified pipelines, leads discovery and solution presentations, prepares proposals, negotiates pricing, maintains CRM records, and forecasts opportunities. Collaborates with architects, engineers, project managers, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused security and building automation solutions. Regularly travels throughout the assigned territory to meet customers, support relationships, and generate business.

Drives new business acquisition and territory growth through prospecting, networking, discovery, relationship building, proposal development, negotiations, and opportunity management. Maintains accurate CRM records and forecasts, develops customized building security and automation solutions, and coordinates with technical, operational, and project teams for successful customer handoffs. Regularly engages customers and prospects throughout the assigned territory while representing the company professionally.

Program, commission, troubleshoot, and support security and building automation systems. Provide customer training and technical support, update project documentation, troubleshoot Windows systems and IP networks, administer SQL and storage systems, and assist with network design. Mentor installation and service technicians while coordinating with project managers, customers, contractors, and consultants. The role combines desk-based programming with hands-on customer site work and includes regular travel.
