Design and model automated intralogistics solutions, perform data analysis, ROI and throughput projections, create CAD layouts and presentations, support sales proposals, interface with international counterparts, and document material flow and process specifications.

Lead on-site operations and maintenance for automated storage/retrieval and picking systems. Serve as customer-facing site leader, manage budgets, teams, suppliers, safety, PPM schedules, SLAs, reporting, and emergency response to ensure high system availability and customer satisfaction.

Support delivery of KNAPP warehouse automation software solutions: create interface/specification/test documents, run factory/internal acceptance tests, coordinate with engineers and customers, manage change requests, and support project teams and new hires.

Provide software-focused operational support for KiSoft ONE & KiSoft SRC to maintain stable warehouse operations: monitor production environments, triage and resolve software incidents, coordinate on-site resources and escalations, communicate status and handovers, maintain support documentation and reports.

Implement, configure, and maintain KNAPP software in customer environments. Troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs, perform root-cause analysis, design and deploy software changes, coordinate QA and deployments, document systems, and train customers and new engineers while collaborating with development, service desk, and project teams.

Lead and manage maintenance operations for customer automated systems, ensuring excellent service delivery, safety, and team development. Communicate effectively with clients and manage site budgets.

Assist legal team by coordinating contract reviews, managing tasks with General Counsel, preparing legal documents, and providing administrative support in a corporate environment.

Manage trade compliance activities including BOM valuation analysis, HTS classification, country of origin setup for NPIs, PSCs and audit support, broker coordination, data reconciliation, and process improvements to ensure accurate customs filings and regulatory compliance.

Perform software testing and commissioning for warehouse automation products: create and execute test cases, lead cross-product tests, document results and anomalies, develop and roll out automated tests, maintain simulations and test VMs, support deployments and customer training, and extend test coverage and internal tools.

Lead and execute software tests for KNAPP products and projects, develop test plans/cases, run in-house and on-site testing, create automated tests, document results and anomalies, mentor junior QA staff, report quality metrics, and ensure test environments and processes meet product standards.

Provide software-focused operational support for KiSoft production environments: monitor systems, triage and resolve software incidents, coordinate on-site resources and escalations, maintain support documentation and tickets, and communicate system status and shift handovers to minimize downtime.

Perform receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping tasks. Verify counts, enter data into ERP (Oracle/SAP), operate forklifts, photograph and report damages, and perform basic electromechanical refurbishing. Maintain dock and bin locations, process shipping paperwork, and communicate discrepancies to the Shipping Manager.
