Teams at KNAPP

Install, configure, customize, test, and support KNAPP logistics software onsite and remotely. Develop software customizations, SQL reports, interfaces; train customers; collaborate with international teams; document and hand over projects.

Support and monitor PLC-controlled storage, conveyor and sorter automation. Triage and diagnose faults across PLC logic, HMIs, sensors/actuators, drives/VFDs and industrial networks; restore service or apply workarounds; coordinate on-site and remote teams; maintain tickets, documentation, and change-control processes.

Support review, validation, and documentation of control system designs to ensure compliance with KNAPP standards and commissioning readiness. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design gaps, maintain control design documentation, validate planning data (including EDM Generator), and support in-house testing and knowledge transfer.
