The HR Generalist supports assigned business units across employee relations, policy administration, compliance, accommodations, leave management, talent development, performance and compensation planning, recruitment, training, and engagement. The role partners with business leaders, HR business partners, and Legal; conducts investigations; prepares reports; advises employees and managers; and ensures compliance with employment and benefits laws. The position requires occasional travel and operates primarily from the Kennesaw, Georgia office with two remote days weekly.

Develop and test software solutions for warehouse automation and logistics systems. Responsibilities include software design, architecture, implementation, integration testing, documentation, technical support, third-level hotline support, commissioning assistance, and process improvement. The role collaborates with solution engineering, quality assurance, project management, and commissioning teams, provides mentoring, and supports onsite and remote deployments. Travel of approximately four weeks annually, up to 10%, is required.

Provides customer-facing second-level software support for warehouse automation solutions. Analyzes incidents, logs, interfaces, databases, system processes, and operational symptoms; coordinates resolution with service desk, engineering, development, and project teams. Follows ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, documents technical findings, develops workarounds, supports root-cause analysis, and shares technical knowledge. The role requires customer communication, independent troubleshooting, and up to 20% travel.
