Manage customer-site operations and teams supporting automated storage, retrieval, storage, and picking systems. Lead maintenance programs, safety, budgets, staffing, training, supplier coordination, service-level delivery, inventory, reporting, and customer relationships. Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency response, system improvements, risk assessments, quality compliance, and resource utilization while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

Leads customer-site operations for automated warehouse systems, managing maintenance programs, budgets, safety, staffing, suppliers, service levels, repairs, training, reporting, and customer relationships. Oversees preventive and predictive maintenance, system improvements, installations, spare parts, risk assessments, quality compliance, and emergency responses while developing site leadership and ensuring efficient, safe service delivery.

Provide software-focused operational support for automated warehouse systems. Monitor KiSoft production environments, triage and resolve software incidents, coordinate on-site and support resources, escalate issues, communicate system status, maintain incident and problem-management documentation, and prepare internal reports. The role requires Linux, Windows Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, Java or C++ knowledge, plus an understanding of automated warehouse equipment.
