Support outside sales and account executives by producing detailed proposals, cost estimates, and technical customer presentations. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and service teams to design systems that meet customer needs and budgets while following KNAPP sales processes.

Manage multiple low-complexity intralogistics/automation projects (2-4 up to $20M or single up to $5M), coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, maintain schedules, budgets, contracts, risk registers, drive issue resolution, and support retrofits and limited third-party integration with up to 50% travel.

Support and maintain PLC-controlled warehouse automation (storage, conveyor, sorter). Triage and diagnose control-system incidents across PLC logic, HMIs, sensors/actuators, drives/VFDs and networks. Restore service or apply workarounds, manage change/problem processes, coordinate onsite and remote teams, update tickets/documentation, and communicate status to stakeholders.
