The Division Controller leads accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, working capital, and financial controls for a manufacturing division. Responsibilities include managing month-end close and consolidation, overseeing general ledger activities and reconciliations, analyzing budget and performance variances, presenting financial results to leadership, ensuring US GAAP compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational performance.

Manages customer accounts receivable by resolving discrepancies, disputing short payments, monitoring account status, managing credit holds, supporting collections, and coordinating with sales and customer service. Provides invoices, credit memos, and statements while analyzing credit data and financial statements to assess credit risk and determine appropriate credit extensions.

Provides sales and customer service support by managing calls, emails, special pricing agreements, Salesforce data, sales pipeline reports, demo orders, customer outreach, and order entry. The role supports sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service teams while maintaining accurate information and promoting customer satisfaction.
