Provide onsite program and management analysis supporting USCG aviation training. Manage training data (TSHARP, NIPDR, CGAPP), student control, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across Pensacola and Milton. Conduct program studies, recommend process improvements, support resource planning, prepare briefings/reports, and ensure compliance with military training directives and security requirements.

Support Coast Guard aviation training programs through program analysis, training data management, student control, progress monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Manage training systems (TSHARP, NIPDR, CGAPP), evaluate student flow and resource allocation, prepare reports and recommendations, and liaise with military training commands to improve pilot production processes.

Support USCG aviation training program analysis, student control, training data management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Oversee training production data (NIPDR, TSHARP, CGAPP), monitor student flow, recommend corrective actions, prepare reports and briefings, and liaise with DoD and training stakeholders. Provide administrative support, ensure compliance with directives, and assist resource planning across training sites.

Manage equipment shipments, inventories, and consumable reorders; coordinate calibration/maintenance quotes and services; process work orders and enter lab data; maintain documentation and file systems; perform QC, troubleshooting, data review, and draft technical reports using Excel, Word, Access, and SharePoint.

Provide administrative and logistical support for fact witness management for the U.S. Attorney's Office: coordinate witness appearances, travel, lodging, and reimbursements; maintain records, correspondence, and databases; liaise with court staff and partner agencies; meet and orient witnesses and support AUSAs as needed.
