Support USAO-WDMI by managing fact witness logistics: scheduling, travel and lodging arrangements, reimbursements, court coordination, documentation, and liaising with courts and agencies while ensuring DOJ compliance and courtroom support.

Provide administrative and logistical support for witness management, including scheduling, travel and lodging arrangements, reimbursements, documentation, courtroom orientation, coordination with courts and agencies, and ensuring compliance with DOJ/USAO policies. Serve as point of contact for fact witnesses, prepare and submit required forms, maintain files and calendars, and report to the LECC/VW section supervisor.

Provide administrative and logistical support for witness management in the U.S. Attorney's Office: arrange travel and lodging, coordinate with agencies, prepare and submit reimbursement and legal documentation, orient and escort witnesses, maintain files and schedules, and ensure compliance with DOJ policies.

Provide witness management and trial support for the USAO WDMI: arrange travel and lodging, coordinate with courts and agencies, prepare and submit reimbursement and travel documentation, maintain witness files and calendars, greet and orient witnesses, liaise with AUSAs, and ensure compliance with DOJ policies and procedures.

Provide Tier II desktop and endpoint support for CBO staff: manage tickets, deploy and image Windows/macOS devices, administer Entra ID/Active Directory and MDM (JAMF/Intune), troubleshoot authentication, connectivity and endpoint issues, apply security baselines and patching, coordinate escalations, document procedures, and assist with incident response and asset lifecycle activities.

Provide onsite endpoint and user support for CBO staff: manage help desk tickets, image and deploy Windows/macOS/iOS/Android devices, administer Intune/Jamf/Ivanti/KACE, troubleshoot authentication and network issues, support identity services (Microsoft Entra ID/AD, MFA, AWS integrations), validate security baselines, assist patch and vulnerability remediation, create documentation, and mentor Tier I technicians.

Provide onsite enterprise help-desk and endpoint support for CBO staff: triage and resolve tickets, image/deploy and secure Windows and macOS devices, manage MDM and IAM (Intune, Jamf, Entra ID/AD), support MFA and AWS-integrated identity, assist with patching/vulnerability remediation (Nessus), create documentation, and mentor Tier I technicians while coordinating with Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity teams.

Provide legal support for DOJ healthcare fraud and opioid cases: conduct research and discovery, prepare pleadings, petitions, memoranda, maintain case files, assist attorneys, and use legal databases and case-management tools.

Provide witness management support for the U.S. Attorney's Office: coordinate witness contact, travel, lodging, reimbursement, court appearances, and documentation; liaise with AUSAs, courts, marshals, and agencies; maintain files and databases; perform related administrative and logistical duties.

Provide paralegal support for DOJ healthcare fraud and opioid-related cases, including pleadings, discovery, legal research, case management, file maintenance, drafting memoranda and correspondence, reviewing legal instruments, and using legal databases and tools.

Coordinate and manage fact witnesses for the U.S. Attorney's Office, including travel and lodging arrangements, notifications, courtroom orientation, reimbursement processing, liaison with agencies, and general administrative file and schedule maintenance to ensure witness appearances at hearings and trials.

Provide witness management and coordination for the U.S. Attorney's Office, handling travel arrangements, notifications, reimbursements, courtroom orientation, documentation, and interagency coordination; maintain files and databases and assist with logistical and administrative duties related to fact witnesses.

Provide legal support for DOJ healthcare fraud and opioid cases: assist attorneys with pleadings, discovery, legal research, case management, document review and preparation, maintain case files, prepare memoranda and reports, and use tools like IPRO, CaseMap, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office. Role requires progressive relevant experience, a paralegal certificate, and U.S. citizenship; primary workstation in Providence with limited telework.
