The Sales Manager will drive new business sales in SaaS, coach the sales team, manage pipeline performance, and collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.

Manage and grow customer accounts through prospecting, sales, upselling, pipeline management, forecasting, and relationship development. Own the full enterprise sales cycle across Australia and New Zealand, from outbound prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation, contract close, and onboarding. ERP, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports experience are advantageous.

Drive revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand through outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, discovery calls, consultative SaaS product demonstrations, and end-to-end sales ownership. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts while collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to improve messaging and customer satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end Rental product implementations for customers through on-site and remote delivery. Manage multiple projects, timelines, risks, issues, kickoffs, status reporting, customer training, change management, and conflict resolution. Work directly with clients to solve delivery challenges and achieve implementation outcomes. The role requires strong organization, communication, client management, problem-solving, and project delivery skills, with knowledge of ERP systems, SQL Server, or Crystal Reports considered advantageous.

Owns global onboarding and capability frameworks, improves manager-led learning and change adoption, scales AI capability initiatives, and creates reusable learning resources. Develops metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure onboarding, learning, AI adoption, and business impact. Partners with HR, talent acquisition, subject matter experts, managers, and business leaders to support integrations, transformations, workforce capability development, and continuous improvement across global business units.

As a Business Development Representative, you will engage with new customers through various channels, mainly outbound sales, and work closely with Senior Account Managers to schedule meetings.

The Senior Test Automation Engineer designs, builds, tests, and deploys test automation solutions, creating and maintaining automated scripts while collaborating with team members to align automation strategies with testing goals.

Drive new customer acquisition for ERP software through inbound and self-generated leads, prospecting, networking, discovery, solution demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. Maintain accurate HubSpot records, manage pipeline progression and forecasts, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with marketing, professional services, partners, and sales leadership. The role requires B2B software sales experience, ERP or SaaS knowledge, strong business development skills, and willingness to travel for customer and industry events.

Generates new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, qualifies prospective customers, identifies business needs, handles objections, and schedules discovery meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives. Maintains call-volume, talk-time, and performance KPIs while reporting progress and building strong internal and external relationships.

Manage customer software implementation projects from planning through delivery. Provides customer support for finance modules within ERP software, resolving incidents, service requests, financial data issues, reconciliation discrepancies, and reporting queries. The role manages tickets through resolution under ITIL and SLA guidelines, performs root-cause analysis, documents solutions, escalates issues, and collaborates with development and internal teams. It requires accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, troubleshooting ability, customer communication, and familiarity with ERP or ITSM systems.

Administer monthly payroll and pension processes across multiple legal entities. Responsibilities include processing payroll inputs and statutory payments, reconciling payroll and HRIS data, preparing HMRC and pension reports, maintaining employee records, resolving discrepancies, supporting audits, answering employee queries, and ensuring compliance with UK payroll, tax, National Insurance, and pension regulations.

Provides customer-focused application support for Klipboard ERP software, owning incident and problem resolution, troubleshooting applications and databases, maintaining ITSM records, meeting service levels, and communicating with customers. The role investigates root causes, develops workarounds, handles escalations and complaints, contributes to knowledge documentation, supports implementations and integrations, improves support processes, and participates in on-call schedules.

Develops product positioning, value propositions, personas, competitive insights, sales enablement materials, case studies, white papers, and launch tools for ERP and SaaS solutions. Collaborates with product, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to support product releases, demand generation, internal communications, and sales training. Translates technical product features into compelling customer benefits and evaluates content performance through data analysis.

Manage the AutoCat v10 product backlog and roadmap, prioritize features, support Agile delivery, and coordinate engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer teams. Drive customer migration, adoption of the Intelligent Sales Assistant, and data-informed product improvements. Gather customer and market insights, write product specifications, facilitate ideation workshops, monitor competitors, and help deliver practical AI capabilities for automotive aftermarket parts catalogue users.
