Build and present Klipboard software demonstrations for rental customers, run discovery workshops, document requirements, hand over to Professional Services, and support product integration and demo data maintenance.

Own a defined product mission end-to-end: understand customer problems, define roadmap, prioritise backlog, validate assumptions with data, deliver B2B ERP/SaaS product outcomes, and produce clear, actionable documentation while leveraging AI-enabled features and modern tooling.

Provide 1st-line B2B application support for Klipboard Rental products and related MS Server/Desktop and MS SQL systems. Troubleshoot issues, communicate with customers via phone/email/chat, manage cases to SLA, create documentation, deliver training, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and service improvements.
