The Senior Test Automation Engineer designs, builds, tests, and deploys test automation solutions, creating and maintaining automated scripts while collaborating with team members to align automation strategies with testing goals.

Develop and communicate product value propositions for existing ERP solutions and new product releases. Create sales enablement materials including personas, case studies, white papers, brochures, and launch tools. Research markets and competitors, train sales teams, support demand-generation initiatives, coordinate internal product communications, and translate technical software features into compelling customer benefits. Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and customer support teams while using data analysis to assess content and campaign effectiveness.

Lead and coach a field-based mid-market sales team (6–8 AEs) to deliver new business revenue for ERP/SaaS solutions across North America. Own pipeline, forecast accuracy, hiring, BDR alignment, and cross-functional collaboration while acting as a player-coach on major deals and driving sales process and performance improvements.
