The Growth Manager, B2B drives scalable growth through demand generation and account-based campaigns while managing client relationships, optimizing paid media, and providing strategic insights.

Own the first 30-day client experience from signed contract to handoff: lead kickoff/onboarding, build initial paid-ad campaign infrastructure, validate assets/tracking, manage multiple onboardings, prevent risks, and partner with Sales and Growth to improve close rates and onboarding through AI, automation, and process improvements.

Serve as a fractional CMO for B2B clients, owning paid media strategy and execution, client relationships, and growth initiatives. Plan and optimize demand generation and ABM campaigns, align marketing to pipeline and revenue goals, deliver data-driven reporting, troubleshoot tracking/attribution, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive upsells and measurable business impact.

As a Growth Strategist, you will drive sales by educating prospects on achieving marketing goals through KlientBoost's services, utilizing a consultative sales approach and a strong understanding of digital marketing.
