KlientBoost is a Performance Marketing Agency based out of Costa Mesa, CA. We also have an office in Raleigh NC and remote team members in 16 different states. We're looking for an amazing individual to join our Sales Team as an Account Executive (Internally and Client Facing this role is titled “Growth Strategist”). 


In this role it is important to thoroughly understand Paid  Digital Marketing. Those who have found the most success in this role have come from a Marketing Background that have moved into Sales. You will be looking at Prospects accounts and be responsible for determining if there are areas of opportunities. Having experience or knowledge of Paid Media, SEO, CRO and Creative Strategy.


Here's what you'll be doing: 

❤️ You'll be in charge of selling to new prospects in a consultative manner, educating them on how to hit their marketing and business goals with the help of KlientBoost.

❤️ You'll be working on a mix of inbound and outbound leads.

❤️ You’ll primarily be selling SMB 

❤️ You’ll be able to get in-house subject matter experts to join your sales calls to help increase close rates


Requirements: 

🎉 You have at least 2+ years of marketing service sales experience in an agency setting

🎉 Have a Performance Marketing background (you’re can confidently discuss Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Creative Strategy) 

🎉 You have experience in a handful of paid ads platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, etc)

🎉 You have an entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset & are very adaptable 

🎉 You possess the hunter “teaching yourself to fish” mentality

🎉 You have great soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented

🎉 You have professional curiosity at the core

🎉 You have strong familiarity with HubSpot & various Sales tools/platforms. 

🎉 You want to learn and grow

🎉 You're amazed and fascinated with marketing - you nerd out. Always trying to improve your knowledge and experience. You dive deep into industry blogs and you know that nothing beats taking action from what you learn.

This position has an OTE (base salary + commission) of $175,000 - $200,000 per year.
