Manage the full sales cycle for Klaviyo’s MarTech SaaS solutions across EMEA, from prospect qualification and product demonstrations through closing. Build and manage a pipeline, develop territory strategies, forecast accurately, conduct outbound prospecting, and sell to founders, business owners, and marketing stakeholders. Support peers and new account executives while developing expertise in ecommerce, retail, and brand markets. Fluency in English and German is required.

Own the end-to-end architecture of Klaviyo’s marketing, sales, and customer experience systems. Design and deploy AI agents, integrations, data models, and governance standards across Salesforce and related GTM platforms. Translate business strategy into technical architecture, build production solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations, influence executive stakeholders, establish engineering practices, and mentor GTM Systems teammates.

Owns end-to-end architecture for Klaviyo’s marketing, sales, and customer experience systems. The role designs integrations, data models, governance, reporting, and AI-agent workflows across Salesforce and related platforms. It combines executive-level technical strategy with hands-on development using Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, integrations, and AI orchestration. The architect will redesign GTM processes around AI, ship production solutions, advise senior leadership, establish engineering standards, and mentor GTM Systems teammates.
