Manage corporate governance and control for Klar’s entities, including corporate books, powers of attorney, meetings, minutes, resolutions, and regulatory calendars. Track litigation matters, deadlines, filings, and external counsel coordination. Support regulatory compliance before Mexican financial authorities, coordinate with notaries and internal teams, and assist with legal procedures before courts and regulators.

Own end-to-end Customer Experience initiatives, including AI and automation pilots, process optimization, knowledge management, root-cause analysis, and support-flow improvements. Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify customer and efficiency opportunities, design scalable solutions, measure impact, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Data & AI teams. The role is based in Mexico City with a hybrid office schedule.

Build and scale Klar’s data platform, including data lakes, lakehouses, streaming and batch pipelines, and real-time ingestion. Design AWS-based infrastructure using Iceberg, S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, and Kafka. Establish data quality, governance, monitoring, and reliability practices while partnering with engineering, analytics, and business teams on AI/ML, fraud detection, reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory use cases.

Analyze acquisition channels and lead quality, track SDR/AE productivity and funnel conversion, diagnose drop-offs, monitor pipeline health, and maintain HubSpot and Metabase dashboards while defining canonical metrics and SLAs across Sales, Marketing, and Credit.

Drive B2B revenue by prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing SME clients. Manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM records, collaborate with product/marketing/customer success, and meet sales quotas while shaping the new B2B pipeline.

Own end-to-end customer experience initiatives, using data, AI, and automation to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency. Analyze KPIs and customer behavior, optimize scalable processes, manage knowledge content, investigate complex cases, and implement solutions with Product, Operations, and Data & AI teams. The role requires project ownership, process design, stakeholder coordination, intermediate SQL and Python, Excel, and advanced English proficiency.

Lead internal audits covering regulatory compliance and financial risk management. Conduct audit fieldwork, execute tests, produce reports, analyze issues with stakeholders, track remediation plans, support risk assessments and annual audit planning, and improve audit processes through data analysis and visualization. The role also involves guiding other auditors, collaborating with risk and compliance teams, and evaluating banking processes and internal controls in a hybrid Mexico City environment.

Manage and develop multiple microservices and supporting libraries for Klar’s event-driven investment platform. Own the lifecycle of savings accounts, rewards campaigns, taxation, and related financial products. Build high-throughput, financial-grade systems using Java and Spring Boot, integrate with other microservices, and ensure correctness, auditability, reliability, observability, and continuous delivery through test-driven development.

Design intuitive, polished digital product experiences using sketches, flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers; contribute to Klar’s design system; incorporate customer feedback, research, and product data; document decisions; participate in critiques; and iterate designs to ensure consistent implementation and product quality.

Build and support Klar’s AI capabilities through data quality maintenance, audits, validation, KPI reporting, process automation, and infrastructure development. Analyze data to support strategic decisions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is hybrid and based in Mexico City.

Support risk monitoring and analysis across credit risk, liquidity, provisions, regulatory metrics, portfolio behavior, internal controls, and governance. The role involves extracting and validating data, documenting processes, preparing summaries and trackers, following up with teams, and learning how financial products and business processes are managed within a growing financial institution.

Implements automation for monthly accounting close and high-volume banking processes. Translates finance requirements into automated workflows, develops controls and exception handling, and builds dashboards for reconciliations, data quality, and accounting monitoring. Collaborates with Finance, FinOps, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to identify automation opportunities. Requires advanced Excel and SQL, intermediate Python, API experience, and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.

Design, optimize, and scale personalized CRM flows and multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp). Execute campaigns, perform QA, segment users, track CRM metrics, analyze results (A/B tests, funnel, incrementality), document processes, and collaborate with data, product, design, and brand teams to improve engagement and retention.
