Develop and improve AI-powered conversational systems for the Collections team. Responsibilities include researching, experimenting, validating, launching, and monitoring AI systems; applying text analytics, NLP, sampling, and conversational analysis; engineering prompts; evaluating language models and RAG systems; conducting A/B tests; and building automated tests for conversational agents. The role also requires investigating issues, documenting findings, monitoring quality metrics, and communicating technical results clearly.

Lead Klar’s B2B sales function by managing SDRs and Account Executives, owning outbound strategy, pipeline generation, qualification, and closing processes. Coach teams, establish performance standards and SLAs, optimize sales playbooks, and ensure effective SDR-to-AE handoffs. Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Partnerships, Brokers, and RevOps to refine target accounts, CRM workflows, messaging, and sales execution. The role is hybrid and based in Mexico City.

Design intuitive, polished digital product experiences using sketches, flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers; contribute to Klar’s design system; incorporate customer feedback, research, and product data; document decisions; participate in critiques; and iterate designs to ensure consistent implementation and product quality.

Build and support Klar’s AI capabilities through data quality maintenance, audits, validation, KPI reporting, process automation, and infrastructure development. Analyze data to support strategic decisions and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is hybrid and based in Mexico City.

Build and maintain web scraping and browser automation systems, develop production Python services, design streaming and batch data pipelines, improve data reliability and observability, automate Revenue Ops workflows, debug failures, and improve engineering quality through tests, docs, logging, metrics, traces, and AI-assisted tooling.

Support risk monitoring and analysis across credit risk, liquidity, provisions, regulatory metrics, portfolio behavior, internal controls, and governance. The role involves extracting and validating data, documenting processes, preparing summaries and trackers, following up with teams, and learning how financial products and business processes are managed within a growing financial institution.

Implements automation for monthly accounting close and high-volume banking processes. Translates finance requirements into automated workflows, develops controls and exception handling, and builds dashboards for reconciliations, data quality, and accounting monitoring. Collaborates with Finance, FinOps, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to identify automation opportunities. Requires advanced Excel and SQL, intermediate Python, API experience, and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.

Lead business strategy and project initiatives for credit products; analyze data to improve and automate processes using SQL, Python, Excel, and AI; define KPIs, produce recommendations, manage projects, and mentor junior teammates.

Generate outbound B2B leads, qualify prospects, schedule qualified meetings, and build a pipeline for Klar Empresarial. Use CRM and sales tools to prospect via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn, tailor pitches to client needs, collaborate with Growth & Product, and meet enrollment and credit approval targets.

Use SQL and Python to analyze customer behavior, design and evaluate experiments, build simple predictive models, automate KPI reporting and dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and lifecycle strategies.

Drive B2B revenue by prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing SME clients. Manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM records, collaborate with product/marketing/customer success, and meet sales quotas while shaping the new B2B pipeline.

Execute, optimize, and scale paid acquisition across Google and Meta. Manage daily campaign operations, tracking, attribution, and pixel health. Build reports, run A/B tests, collaborate with creative and product teams, and improve CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion while managing multi-million monthly budgets.

Design and improve Klar's credit products end-to-end. Translate customer, business, risk, and regulatory needs into product requirements, map journeys and decision flows, support delivery and validation, define success metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale credit experiences.

Support operations and analytics by analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, automating processes, performing manual operations in internal tools, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Design, optimize, and scale personalized CRM flows and multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp). Execute campaigns, perform QA, segment users, track CRM metrics, analyze results (A/B tests, funnel, incrementality), document processes, and collaborate with data, product, design, and brand teams to improve engagement and retention.

Analyze acquisition channels and lead quality, track SDR/AE productivity and funnel conversion, diagnose drop-offs, monitor pipeline health, and maintain HubSpot and Metabase dashboards while defining canonical metrics and SLAs across Sales, Marketing, and Credit.
