Teams at Klar

Manage corporate governance and control for Klar’s entities, including corporate books, powers of attorney, meetings, minutes, resolutions, and regulatory calendars. Track litigation matters, deadlines, filings, and external counsel coordination. Support regulatory compliance before Mexican financial authorities, coordinate with notaries and internal teams, and assist with legal procedures before courts and regulators.

Own end-to-end Customer Experience initiatives, including AI and automation pilots, process optimization, knowledge management, root-cause analysis, and support-flow improvements. Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify customer and efficiency opportunities, design scalable solutions, measure impact, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Data & AI teams. The role is based in Mexico City with a hybrid office schedule.

Build and scale Klar’s data platform, including data lakes, lakehouses, streaming and batch pipelines, and real-time ingestion. Design AWS-based infrastructure using Iceberg, S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, and Kafka. Establish data quality, governance, monitoring, and reliability practices while partnering with engineering, analytics, and business teams on AI/ML, fraud detection, reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory use cases.
