Plan, direct, and evaluate all Community Corrections operations including probation, parole, program services and a corrections center. Develop policies, manage budget and staff (35–40 employees), coordinate with county boards and outside agencies, oversee program planning, and ensure public safety and regulatory compliance.

Provide targeted case management for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities: assess needs, develop and monitor Individual Support Plans, coordinate referrals, ensure Medicaid compliance, support choice and community integration, maintain records and relationships with families, providers, and agencies.

Provide targeted case management for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD): assess needs, develop and monitor ISPs/annual plans, authorize services, coordinate with agencies, maintain caseload documentation, attend IEP and planning meetings, ensure compliance with Oregon regulations, and engage in community partnerships and required training.

Manage and oversee the WIC nutrition program ensuring compliance with state and federal rules; supervise and train staff; provide dietary counseling to high-risk clients; manage caseloads, scheduling, reporting, inventories, quality assurance, outreach, and coordination with clinics and community partners.
