Plans, implements, administers, and optimizes county-wide servers, networks, applications, identity systems, storage, and Microsoft 365. Troubleshoots complex infrastructure and application issues, supports disaster recovery, monitors performance, maintains documentation, advises on information security compliance, leads technology projects, performs database administration, supports remote connectivity, and mentors junior IT staff. Participates in 24x7 on-call coverage.

Provides targeted case management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assesses needs, develops and monitors individualized support plans, coordinates referrals and services, tracks Medicaid-authorized expenditures and service hours, supports self-determination, and collaborates with families, providers, agencies, and community partners. Maintains a caseload, participates in transition planning, monitors service quality, follows Oregon regulations, protects confidentiality, and fulfills mandatory abuse-reporting responsibilities.
