Oversee the company’s accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial statements, reporting, monthly close, budgeting, variance analysis, audits, and internal controls. Manage accounting policies and procedures, support financial decision-making, resolve financial issues, and coach team members while ensuring compliance with applicable financial laws.

Build and scale the HR function across a multi-state restaurant organization. Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, offboarding, labor-law compliance, policies, workforce planning, payroll coordination, benefits, HRIS administration, training, and manager coaching. Partner with restaurant leadership, with particular responsibility for California compliance and additional states including Washington, Oregon, Texas, and Hawaii. Travel to restaurant locations and work onsite as needed.
