Support the CEO and CTO by managing calendars, communications, travel, company files, offsites, team events, and conference logistics. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to operate calmly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build, test, and ship software across web and mobile platforms using Python/Django, TypeScript, React, and React Native. Develop engineering tooling, core patient and internal-user web application features, and AI-assisted workflows. Improve development processes and product functionality while working as a generalist on a small, fast-paced startup team.

Own patient and clinic scheduling, coordinate clinician coverage, resolve operational issues, improve and document workflows, and partner with Product and Engineering on automation. Analyze operational data, monitor automated systems, manage exceptions, and lead special projects that improve efficiency and scalability across the healthcare technology business.
