Maintain and clean Kiva's impact databases and dashboards, ensure data quality and metrics calculation, analyze impact and evaluation data, produce visualizations and reports for leadership and external stakeholders, and support fundraising, product, and investment teams with impact insights and donor reporting.

The Investment Analyst Contractor supports the Impact Investments Team by monitoring financial performance, conducting due diligence, analyzing costs, and assessing social impact in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Managed Lending Partner Success Intern will document and organize information, improve partner-facing resources, and assist with operational support, while gaining exposure to document management and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage relationships with ~40+ Kiva Hub partners, onboard and coach partners, underwrite and review loan applications, handle borrower inquiries, monitor portfolio and repayment performance, and design process improvements. Build reports and dashboards (Salesforce, Looker), develop partner and borrower resources, support contract/invoicing tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale U.S. microlending operations and improve program outcomes.

Coordinate and manage end-to-end investment transaction closings, maintaining checklists and documentation, driving milestone completion, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, improving transaction processes and workflows, and supporting reporting and pipeline tracking for investment leadership.

Support execution and optimization of email and lifecycle marketing programs: build and QA campaigns, manage workflows in Iterable, maintain audience segmentation, monitor performance, document learnings, and improve operational processes across cross-functional teams.

Support U.S. program operations across the borrower lifecycle: screen and approve loan applications, assist borrowers during campaigns, manage delinquencies, pilot process improvements, collaborate with partners, perform analysis and project work, and support impact storytelling and training materials.

Source, underwrite, and manage debt investments in high-impact social enterprises, primarily in Latin America. Conduct due diligence (desk and on-site), structure deals, monitor financial and social performance, onboard and support investees, build partner relationships, represent Kiva externally, and contribute to program improvements and regional strategy.
