Prepare, photograph, price, list, and manage online product listings; handle customer inquiries, disputes, and shipping; upload tracking; create social media content; support store operations, volunteers, inventory, loss-prevention, and general shop upkeep.

Receive, sort, inspect, price, and organize donated merchandise; provide customer service and process transactions; train and coordinate volunteers; support event setup and store operations while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention procedures.
