The Chief Revenue Officer leads KFG’s social enterprise portfolio, overseeing financial performance, revenue growth, business development, contract negotiations, enterprise strategy, and mission integration. The role manages P&Ls, margins, forecasts, sales pipelines, partnerships, and operational improvements while coaching enterprise leaders and presenting results to executive leadership and the board. The CRO will help grow revenue from $4.5 million to $30 million over ten years and ensure businesses create economic mobility opportunities.

The Accounting Supervisor manages grant and contract billing, accounts payable, reconciliations, journal entries, monthly close, balance sheet schedules, and audit documentation. The role partners with an outsourced accounting firm, supports finance processes across the organization, maintains compliance calendars and procedures, and communicates coding and purchasing guidance. It also uses AI tools and Excel to automate repetitive work, improve reporting, and strengthen documentation and workflows.
