Leads operational excellence across KIPP SoCal schools by standardizing emergency preparedness, student safety, procurement, transportation, field trips, and operational procedures. Manages vendors, compliance processes, school moves, training, reporting, events, and cross-functional projects. Provides on-site and remote support to schools, coordinates emergency response, maintains operational resources, and drives consistent, efficient, and equitable school operations across Southern California.

Support daily school operations including logistics for field trips and events, facilities requests, student attendance and records, family and staff communications, enrollment support, basic health services, and office management to maintain a safe, organized school environment.

Leads equitable inclusion and special education practices across a regional charter school network. Builds capacity among school leaders and special education teams through coaching, professional development, and systems implementation. Ensures compliance with special education requirements, monitors IEP services and instructional outcomes, manages change initiatives, and develops regional team performance. The role also coordinates stakeholders, analyzes implementation data, and drives sustained improvements for students with disabilities.

Lead and manage a team of Behavior Specialists to design and implement evidence-based, culturally responsive behavioral interventions, oversee FBAs/IEP processes, deliver training, ensure compliance, consult on crises and mandated reporting, and collaborate across departments to support student social-emotional and behavioral needs.

Partner with the School Leader to drive academic achievement and a values-driven culture. Lead instruction and teacher development, manage behavior systems, plan and implement school priorities, run data-driven instruction, lead professional development, hire and develop staff, and support strategic planning to ensure student success.

Lead design and implementation of regional science instructional vision, systems, and professional development. Provide differentiated on-site coaching, manage projects, set goals and metrics, develop direct reports, and partner with school leaders to drive student achievement and implementation fidelity across assigned schools.
