Leads end-to-end planning and production of high-profile organizational, development, training, and leadership events. Manages strategy, timelines, budgets, logistics, vendors, communications, staffing, guest experience, and day-of execution. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, anticipates risks, resolves issues, evaluates outcomes, and improves event processes. Oversees event finances, contracts, invoices, and vendor relationships while ensuring events meet organizational standards, budgets, and mission-aligned goals.

Assists the Expanded Learning Manager in designing, scheduling, and overseeing before-school, after-school, summer, and intersession programs across one or two campuses. Supervises student safety, coordinates activities, events, meals, supplies, records, compliance, and evaluations. Supports recruitment and observation of part-time staff, communicates with school stakeholders, and leads the program when the manager is unavailable.

Develops, implements, and oversees before-school, after-school, summer, and intersession programs at a KIPP SoCal campus. Designs academic, recreational, and enrichment activities; manages schedules, budgets, supplies, documentation, compliance, events, and field trips. Recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates program staff while ensuring student safety, attendance, and program quality. Collaborates with administrators, teachers, families, and regional teams, and completes required reports and evaluations.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to school leaders, providing on-site coaching, culture diagnostics, employee-relations case management, and data-driven interventions. Lead investigations, manage talent transitions, oversee workers' compensation and OSHA reporting, and integrate AI tools to improve HR workflows. Travel frequently across KIPP SoCal schools to sustain a high-performance adult culture.

Leads all non-instructional school operations, including student recruitment and enrollment, attendance initiatives, safety and compliance, student health, nutrition, budgets, purchasing, facilities, vendors, events, and operations staff management. Builds efficient systems, supports school leadership, monitors data, develops team members, and maintains a safe, welcoming, and effective school environment.

Lead and manage a team of Behavior Specialists to design and implement evidence-based, culturally responsive behavioral interventions, oversee FBAs/IEP processes, deliver training, ensure compliance, consult on crises and mandated reporting, and collaborate across departments to support student social-emotional and behavioral needs.

Provide direct support to students with disabilities in expanded learning programs by implementing academic and behavioral interventions, supervising activities, assisting with medical needs, and applying positive behavior support and crisis intervention. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff, maintain documentation, participate in trainings, and support program operations across after-school, summer, and intersession programs.

Partner with the School Leader to drive academic achievement and a values-driven culture. Lead instruction and teacher development, manage behavior systems, plan and implement school priorities, run data-driven instruction, lead professional development, hire and develop staff, and support strategic planning to ensure student success.

Provide direct support to students with disabilities by implementing behavior support plans, assisting with instruction and health/mobility needs, supervising students, participating in IEPs and data collection, managing crises and behavior interventions, and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families.

Lead design and implementation of regional science instructional vision, systems, and professional development. Provide differentiated on-site coaching, manage projects, set goals and metrics, develop direct reports, and partner with school leaders to drive student achievement and implementation fidelity across assigned schools.

Provide school-facing special education coaching, compliance monitoring, and implementation support across a portfolio of schools. Coach SPED staff, support IEP systems and inclusion-focused instruction, troubleshoot operational challenges, monitor compliance timelines, assist onboarding, and coordinate cross-functional problem-solving to ensure students with disabilities receive aligned services.
