Provide school-facing special education coaching, compliance monitoring, and implementation support across a portfolio of schools. Coach SPED staff, support IEP systems and inclusion-focused instruction, troubleshoot operational challenges, monitor compliance timelines, assist onboarding, and coordinate cross-functional problem-solving to ensure students with disabilities receive aligned services.

Provide direct support to students with disabilities in expanded learning programs by implementing academic and behavioral interventions, supervising activities, assisting with medical needs, and applying positive behavior support and crisis intervention. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff, maintain documentation, participate in trainings, and support program operations across after-school, summer, and intersession programs.

Serve as a school instructional leader supporting the School Leader to drive academic and character outcomes. Coach teachers, lead data-driven instruction, manage behavior systems and daily operations, run adult-learning workshops, and implement school-wide priorities to improve student mastery and school culture.
