Lead and manage a team of Behavior Specialists to design and implement evidence-based, culturally responsive behavioral interventions, oversee FBAs/IEP processes, deliver training, ensure compliance, consult on crises and mandated reporting, and collaborate across departments to support student social-emotional and behavioral needs.

Provide direct support to students with disabilities in expanded learning programs by implementing academic and behavioral interventions, supervising activities, assisting with medical needs, and applying positive behavior support and crisis intervention. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff, maintain documentation, participate in trainings, and support program operations across after-school, summer, and intersession programs.

Support daily school operations including logistics for field trips and events, facilities requests, student attendance and records, family and staff communications, enrollment support, basic health services, and office management to maintain a safe, organized school environment.
