Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau); analyze student, staff, and operational data; translate findings for stakeholders; train and coach school leaders on data use; support regional data strategy, data warehouse maintenance, and data quality investigations to drive instructional decision-making.

Manage special education casework for assigned scholars, ensuring legally compliant IEPs, timelines, and documentation. Support teachers with inclusive practices, monitor progress toward IEP goals, maintain caseload dashboards and audit-ready files, and partner with families and school leaders to resolve barriers and ensure service delivery.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to up to three Chiefs, managing complex calendars, communications, meeting preparation, cross-functional coordination, travel and expenses, board logistics, compliance materials, and executive-level projects while maintaining confidentiality and anticipating executive needs.

Partner with school and regional leaders to manage employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, compensation, and staff development. Supervise an HR Associate, oversee HRIS and records, investigate and resolve employee concerns, implement policies and training, and support retention and engagement initiatives across a portfolio of schools.
