Supports KIPP alumni pursuing associate degrees, certificates, CTE pathways, and bachelor’s degrees. Manages a student caseload, provides retention and transfer advising, coordinates financial aid and enrollment support, develops intervention plans, connects students with career opportunities, maintains college and stakeholder relationships, organizes student programming, and tracks persistence data. The role requires regular outreach, campus visits, research, case documentation, and frequent travel to support students’ academic and credential completion.

Leads the integration of instructional technology and emerging tools across KIPP Atlanta’s secondary schools. Responsibilities include piloting digital platforms and generative AI, coaching educators, analyzing technology and scholar-performance data, designing professional development, embedding technology into curriculum and assessments, and ensuring accessible, ethical, standards-aligned implementation. The role requires collaboration with academic leaders, IT, data teams, vendors, and special education staff to improve instructional rigor and scholar outcomes.

Provides school-based health support, including first aid, vital-sign collection, medication and chronic-condition assistance, parent and EMS communication, health-record maintenance, screenings, supply ordering, and telehealth triage. The Clinic Aide supports pediatric telehealth consultations, maintains equipment, documents medical information, and helps ensure compliance with health requirements. The role reports to a Regional School Nurse and serves students and staff in a school setting.
