Assist the School Leader in driving academic and social-emotional outcomes by leading instruction and school culture, supporting teacher development, planning curriculum, analyzing student data, managing records, and engaging families and stakeholders. Develop as an apprentice leader to build capacity for school leadership.

Provide consistent classroom instruction and supervision across campuses using provided lesson plans. Maintain structure, implement behavior systems, monitor progress, take attendance, communicate with families, grade assignments, support campus operations, and attend trainings.

Provide academic and behavioral support to individual students and small groups in special education and general classrooms, both in-person and virtually. Implement behavior intervention plans, assist with testing accommodations, maintain progress data, support personal care needs, attend IEPs and parent meetings, and help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. Use instructional technology and Google Suite tools to support learning and communication.

Provide school-based psychological services including MTSS/RTI support, special education evaluations, FBAs/BIPs, crisis response, consultation with staff and families, and professional learning to improve student outcomes and ensure compliance with IDEA and Louisiana requirements.

Provide consistent classroom instruction and supervision across campuses in the absence of regular teachers. Deliver lesson plans, maintain classroom structure and behavior systems, take attendance, grade assignments, communicate with families, support testing and school events, attend trainings, and travel between campuses as needed.

Provide consistent instructional coverage across assigned campuses by delivering lesson plans, maintaining classroom structure, implementing behavior systems, monitoring student progress, taking attendance, grading, communicating with families, supervising campus duties, and supporting school events and professional development.

Support classroom teachers by working one-to-one or with small groups to tutor and reinforce academic and behavioral skills, prepare instructional materials, implement behavior plans and testing accommodations, assist with curriculum modifications, support social and life-skills activities, and perform clerical and classroom management tasks both in-person and virtually.

Provide consistent instructional coverage across campuses by delivering provided lesson plans, maintaining classroom structure and behavior systems, taking attendance, grading and communicating with families, supporting testing and school events, supervising campus activities, and participating in trainings to ensure continuity of student learning.

Manage day-to-day execution of regional assessment builds and readiness operations in Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA, maintain data quality and compliance, coordinate vendor data collection, develop documentation and training, support regional stakeholders, and continuously improve assessment and data workflows to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Lead identification, negotiation, and management of university partnerships across the Western portfolio to increase KIPP alumni college enrollment and completion. Negotiate and steward MOUs, collaborate with national and regional teams to integrate partnerships into advising and match strategies, manage partnership portfolio and data, codify best practices, and contribute to partnership strategy and benchmarks.

Teach K-2 students rigorous, standards-aligned lessons; plan and adapt units; use data to drive instruction; differentiate and implement accommodations; build positive classroom culture; communicate with families; participate in assessments, IEP/504 meetings, professional development, and school events; follow safety and operational procedures.

Manage daily development operations including Salesforce donor CRM administration, gift entry and reconciliation, reporting and dashboards; execute fundraising campaigns and online fundraising platforms; coordinate donor stewardship and event logistics; track grants and compliance; partner with finance and marketing to drive revenue and donor engagement.

The Assistant Principal of Instruction supports academic outcomes by supervising and developing teachers, managing student culture initiatives, and driving school-wide academic goals. Responsibilities include leading teacher development, implementing curriculum, managing school culture, and fostering community involvement.

Special Education Instructional Assistants support students with disabilities by assisting certified teachers with IEPs, providing instructional support, behavior management, and personal care services.

The Managing Director oversees multiple K-12 schools, implementing academic strategies, managing principals, and ensuring student performance and engagement goals.

The Head of Schools manages and evaluates school leaders, implements academic strategies, and oversees school improvement initiatives to support student success and graduation.

The School Operations Manager oversees daily operational policies, manages busing and logistics, engages families, and supports school attendance initiatives. They ensure efficient school functioning, maintain inventory, and lead the School Operations Associate towards excellence.

Daily substitutes execute lesson plans, provide feedback to students, and foster positive relationships with the school community while embodying school values.

The Assistant Principal of Operations leads school operations by developing teams, managing budgets, enhancing attendance strategies, ensuring safety, and maintaining school policies for effective teaching and learning.
