Maintains enrollment, certification, CCMR, and funding records; reconciles state reporting data; manages Perkins grants and budgets; translates regulatory requirements into procedures; coordinates cross-functional reviews; and produces findings and reports to support program and resource decisions.

Leads the design, delivery, and optimization of data architecture, pipelines, semantic layers, data quality frameworks, and Tableau BI platforms. Partners with stakeholders to manage requirements, project plans, sprint execution, monitoring, governance, and release delivery. Guides data engineers, manages team members, and supports AI-enabled analytics capabilities. Requires strong SQL, Spark, PySpark, SSIS, cloud data platform, CI/CD, Tableau infrastructure, and data engineering expertise.

Leads KIPP Baltimore’s fundraising, major gifts, institutional giving, external partnerships, communications, brand management, and board engagement. Oversees development operations, donor cultivation, public affairs, media relations, campaigns, and crisis communications while managing the Development & External Affairs team. Partners with executive and volunteer leaders to advance strategic growth, philanthropic revenue, educational equity, and organizational visibility.

The Assistant Principal of Operations leads the school operations team, focusing on attendance, enrollment, customer service, and operational efficiency while supporting teaching and learning.

The Interventionist at KIPP Texas will deliver instructional support, develop individual learning plans, collaborate with teams, and engage with families to foster student growth.

Designs and develops solutions across NPSP, Nonprofit Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Einstein AI. Leads architecture reviews, code quality, migrations, release management, security, platform optimization, contractor oversight, and production issue resolution. Serves as KIPP’s senior technical authority and principal Salesforce developer, translating business needs into scalable, sustainable solutions.

KIPP Texas seeks a Middle School Social Studies teacher responsible for delivering instruction, assessing student performance, collaborating with teams, and building relationships with students and families.

Manages daily school operations, including arrival, dismissal, transportation, meals, substitutes, shared spaces, inventory, purchasing, attendance interventions, family engagement, event logistics, and technology distribution. Coordinates vendors and school support partners, supports enrollment and registration, communicates with families and the community, and develops the School Operations Associate. The role is primarily on-site and requires strong organization, customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
