The Assistant Principal partners with the Principal to lead instructional quality, teacher coaching and evaluation, student culture, data-driven improvement, schoolwide execution, family engagement, and staff development. Partners with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences on time and within budget, analyzes post-event feedback, supports continuous improvement, and coordinates event materials, supplies, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with up to 30% travel and occasional evening or weekend work.

Owns and improves talent products, processes, workflows, dashboards, and data systems across the employee lifecycle. Translates organizational strategy into scalable tools, defines requirements, manages product roadmaps, analyzes usage and data quality, and leads cross-functional implementation. The role also oversees documentation, knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and change management to improve consistency and user experience across KIPP Foundation.

Manage smooth daily school operations, including arrival, attendance, transitions, meals, dismissal, office staffing, supplies, facilities, technology, enrollment, events, and field trips. Supervise the School Operations Administrator, coordinate student health and safety protocols, support emergency response, communicate with families and staff, and collaborate with the Director of Operations on special projects and continuous improvement.

Leads the strategic vision, daily operations, security, and infrastructure management for a K-12 district. Oversees networks, cloud and server environments, IAM, hardware deployment, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, help desk performance, budgets, E-Rate funding, vendor contracts, and technology communications. Partners with school and district stakeholders to provide secure, reliable, equitable technology access and translate technical needs into effective instructional support.

The Dean of Culture develops and maintains a positive, safe, structured school culture. Responsibilities include reinforcing school-wide culture systems, engaging families, addressing student behavior, maintaining culture data, supporting teachers, implementing behavior and attendance interventions, and managing PBIS training, data, incentives, and events.

Supports the elementary school's academic and social-emotional outcomes as part of the leadership team. Leads instruction and school culture, develops emerging leaders, analyzes school-wide data, sets team direction, manages teacher performance, builds stakeholder relationships, and applies differentiated instructional strategies. The role also serves as an apprenticeship toward future school leadership.

Supports elementary students individually and in small groups within regular or special education classrooms. Responsibilities include tutoring, preparing instructional materials, tracking attendance, reviewing assignments, supporting behavior intervention plans, providing testing accommodations, fostering social inclusion, assisting with after-school activities, and maintaining a safe, cooperative learning environment. The aide also communicates with students, families, staff, and community partners and supports field trips and community-based life-skills activities.

Manages KIPP Tulsa’s student information and educational technology systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, quality, and reliable integrations. Develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations; analyzes student and organizational metrics; coordinates compliance reporting; troubleshoots system issues; manages vendors; trains staff; documents processes; and supports leaders in using data for instructional and operational decisions.

Partners with school leaders to improve performance, accountability, and adult culture across multiple sites. Coaches leaders through disciplinary and high-stakes conversations, manages complex employee relations investigations, and guides legally sound terminations. Designs and evaluates cultural interventions using retention, employee relations, and survey data. Oversees workers’ compensation, OSHA reporting, reasonable accommodations, compliance, and ethical AI integration. Frequent travel to KIPP SoCal schools is required.

Provides full-time temporary instructional coverage for extended teacher absences in K-12 schools. Plans and delivers standards-aligned lessons, facilitates student engagement and academic discourse, manages classroom routines and behavior, monitors student progress, and maintains a safe, rigorous learning environment. Builds relationships with students and families and collaborates with school leaders, teachers, instructional coaches, and regional support staff. Assignments generally last 6–12 weeks or longer and may change based on staffing needs.

Serves as the chief academic and cultural leader of a high school, overseeing instructional quality, student achievement, school culture, educator recruitment and development, strategic planning, operations, compliance, and family and community engagement. The Principal uses data to improve outcomes, develops leadership capacity, ensures student safety and belonging, and builds systems supporting college, career, and lifelong success.

The role develops philanthropic revenue and capital campaign strategies, cultivates donors and civic partners, oversees Salesforce-based development operations, manages media and crisis communications, and serves as a public ambassador.
