Provide senior leadership for finance and business operations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash management, audits, HR administration, payroll, compliance, grant management, financial modeling, and staff supervision; partner with leaders to implement financial strategy and processes supporting KIPP Baltimore.

The ESY Coordinator will manage the Extended School Year program's planning and compliance, support special education staff, ensure IEP alignment, and serve as a communication link between families and the program.
